About Very Good condition. Delano was co-owner of the Ufia de Gato Ranch as cited in Bancroft & Oak's History of Arizona and New Mexico 1530-1888 (1889) and was one of three prominanet citizens appointed by the Acting Secretary of the Interior in 1874 to investigate the financing of the Union Pacific railroad.
