Large Paper Copy. Limited Edition of 250 numbered copies signed by Hindley on the limitation page. Copy #233. Illustrated. J.S. Delano's copy with his ownerstamp on the front pastedown and title page. A later owner's plate aprx 1x1 inch affixed to front pastedown. Remnant of original dustwrapper laid in (rear panel). Edgewear, mostly at corners and spine ends, toned spine with all lettering and publisher's device evident, toned pages with offsetting on pastedowns and endpages, two waterspots on paper covering rear board. About Very Good condition. Delano was co-owner of the Ufia de Gato Ranch as cited in Bancroft & Oak's History of Arizona and New Mexico 1530-1888 (1889) and was one of three prominanet citizens appointed by the Acting Secretary of the Interior in 1874 to investigate the financing of the Union Pacific railroad.
